Our Story

Founded in 1986, Liberton Terrace Housing Co-operative stands as a testament to community-driven living. Established on July 1st, 1986, our co-op was built with the vision of creating a supportive and inclusive environment. Construction began in 1987, and since then, we have grown into a vibrant community of 43 units, including 7 designed for wheelchair accessibility. Our mission is to foster a sense of belonging and cooperation among our members, ensuring that everyone has a voice in the development and management of our shared space. Located in the heart of St. Albert, Alberta, we offer a range of floor plans to suit diverse needs, from 2 to 5-bedroom homes, each equipped with modern amenities.

Incorporation of Liberton Terrace

Liberton Terrace Housing Co-operative was officially incorporated on July 1st, 1986, marking the beginning of our community-focused journey.
